initially to get to know each other. Do we feel comfortable with various ideas? This time is very casual, easy going; in essence finding common threads, answering questions and getting familiar with the scope of work.

The second meeting we go more in depth concerning what needs to be done and discussing exactly what your goal is and how I can make that happen. When we have talked about everything around your project and are “on the same page”, it is then we sign a contract for a landscape plan which I draw by hand.

Our last meeting is looking at the plan I have drawn to see if everything is in  agreement and the presentation of a landscape contract to start the work.
